  • Age isn’t everything – Most children can start as young as 2.5–3 in our preschool classes, as long as they can follow simple instructions.

  • Potty-trained helps – For younger dancers, being comfortable using the restroom independently makes class smoother.

  • Listening skills matter – If your child can follow a short series of directions (like “jump, clap, sit”), they’re ready to try!

  • Energy and curiosity are great signs – Loving music, moving around, and trying new things are perfect indicators.

  • A trial class is the best test – Every child is different, and a free trial class lets you see if dance is the right fit.

Performing Company auditions are held in April and May.  For curriculum requirements and audition info for our award-winning Performing Company, email INFO@DANCEATTACK.COM.

To submit an absence and schedule a makeup class, email INFO@DANCEATTACK.COM.

    • Arrive at class on time. BALLET / JAZZ students: If later than 20 min., the dancer will sit and watch the class. The first 20 min. is crucial warm up time, to prevent injuries. COMBO CLASS students: If late to class, please put dance shoes on prior to entering the classroom.
    • No talking during instruction – you will not hear what the teacher is saying. Listen carefully and pay close attention.
    • RESPECT your teachers and fellow classmates.   Look directly into your teacher’s eyes when s/he is giving instructions or corrections. Our teachers dearly want to train great dancers. Listen to ALL notes when your teacher corrects another student – it will help you, too! Students should NOT correct each other.
    • Always thank their teachers at the end of class.
    • All student must bring their own dance shoes.  There is a $5 rental fee for registered students who needs to borrow “loaner” shoes.
    • All students must have their hair off the face in a secured ponytail or bun.  Ballet bun required for Ballet class.  There is a $5 Bun fee if the front desk admin has to put a student’s hair up for class.

This basic code of  conduct  carries over into ALL aspects of our lives.

IMPORTANT  – Consistent attendance is key! Life is BUSY, and it is easy to be distracted. If you want to become a successful dancer, you will need discipline to see real progress.
